Our dedicated staff are equipped with specialist training to deliver safe, compassionate, and clinically informed support for individuals with complex health needs. We go beyond the basics of care provision to ensure our team can confidently manage a wide range of interventions and behaviours with professionalism and empathy.

Our specislist training includes:

• PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy) Care – Supporting individuals with nutritional needs through safe tube feeding and hygiene protocols.
• Tracheostomy Care – Providing skilled airway management, suctioning, and emergency response for service users with tracheostomies.
• Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) – Promoting dignity and independence through proactive, person-centred strategies that reduce restrictive practices and enhance quality of life.
• Epilepsy and Rescue Medication Administration
• Catheter and Stoma Care
• Manual Handling and Hoist Techniques
• Medication Management and MAR Chart Recording
