With over 20 years of healthcare experience as a Registered Nurse, Vilma has worked in various areas of NHS hospitals, from serving as a staff nurse to becoming a charge nurse in neuro and rehabilitation wards. As the Registered Manager, she oversees the day-to-day operations and ensures the care service meets regulatory standards. She is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered care, managing staff effectively, and maintaining clear communication with service users, families, and external agencies.
